KATCLUSE ARTWORK: DAY 157

Back in the yellow realm again for this series and honestly this is my favorite piece for this week. I was playing around with the color blends and originally this piece was drenched in pink. However, I made another variation where pink was the main star so I had to go back and head in a different direction. This has a darker yellow compared to day 155 but this just pops for me in way. When I finished, I was torn between loving it and hating it. Though, the more I stared at the colors, especially the brown featured in the drawing, the more I loved it. I literally said aloud “Something about this piece I really like” Yellow and Brown… interesting combo. With the red popping up on the side, it looks incredible to me. Strangely… Hmmm…. This is day 157 of my nine month art challenge.
