My name is Katherine. I’ve been on this journey for a very long time (Over 15 years). This website marks a new beginning. I’ve never been consistent with my art and I want to dedicate myself to this journey full time with a goal in mind. Despite challenges and life getting in the way, I want to commit to this pursuit of exploring color.
My first goalpost with KATCLUSE is to post a new design here every day for nine months. If I am able to accomplish this goal, then I will continue to aim higher and attempt 12 months. And so on…
To help me on this bold adventure, I plan to create an app that can help me reach my goals. Having an element of accountability and organization will definitely help me stay on track. It’s going to be a list app with a twist in the mix. I don’t want to mention what that is yet because I’m still in the idea phase. For me, I have a big goal I want to achieve but sometimes I don’t break down all the tasks I need to do beforehand and at times it can get overwhelming. During rough moments, it’s easy not to see progression and what I’ve accomplished already. Just setting up this website has taking close to a month. Looking back, it would be nice to see all the little things and have small victories along the way. Plus, it’s great to get reminders of what needs to get done. There’s a lot I want to do and hopefully I can execute the vision.
