This is only the beginning, right? Cent Jours…
Here’s the fifteenth mix for my YouTube channel. Exploring music that can help with work and study. This mix is probably the biggest one for the mission I am on here. I will post another version of the Never Give Up art piece on this website for day 100. Since I will be hitting that number tomorrow, I wanted to do something special. I haven’t worked with text in this way in my artwork. Life is full of experiments, eh? For this mix, I wanted the words Never Give Up connected to the 3d shape I created. I hope you can see dimension within the shape and that the “Give Up” part is inside of it.
I made another version of this design which is the thumbnail for this blog post. I did make the design for next week’s music video and it has similar colors, so to have a bit more variety for my channel, I thought to post that version here instead.
I know some bits of this design might appear simplistic. Je ne sais pas… A part of me thinks that all my work is horrible and not really art but… I do love to work with color. At the end of the day, that is the most part of this journey. It means something to me and even though it’s been tough, I will continue until I break or hit my goal.
To end this long post on a positive, this week is a huge accomplishment for the art challenge. It’s amazing to hit triple digits! Now the question to ask is can I reach deux cents?
