Surging into strange twists with bleu et rose
After listening to one of the tracks, I thought this mix would be perfect for anyone who is just tired and needs a boost to continue working. I certainly need that right now and this mix definitely helped me write the product page descriptions for this week. It’s kind of hard to write about the challenge and just overall thoughts in general. Every day is progress with color and for this journey. I’m learning a lot about myself. There are two parts of me. The one that loves the pursuit of discovering color and the other that thinks what I do here completely pointless and I’m a terrible artist. I can’t say how many times I’ve come close to stopping this challenge. I know some posts hint towards the madness. Then again… I could stop this any time and it would be ok. It’s not like there’s a severe consequence in stopping the challenge. At this point, I’m just posting crap into the void. Or maybe…. Just maybe this can be seen as a true exploration of color. Maybe… or it’s just all in my head. See… I could go on and on…. I have no faith in my work here. None… I hate this feeling since I put in so much time into my work with color. This particular journey started over 14 years ago and now it just hurts. All of this just hurts so much.
Either way… I hope this mix helps you. If you have any doubt, trust in your why, the love you have in your work and let that push you through today. That’s what I am doing. I haven’t missed a single day in over five months: over 150 videos and designs and it means nothing in this reality. But… I am deciding to focus on my why and on today and not tomorrow.
